David and i have worked together for 30 years plus he was the only person that would argue with me with a smile on his face, we became friends even though i was his boss for many years, i will miss our banta at any occasion that we met, Dave was a really nice guy and will be sadly missed by all that knew him, my thoughts are with his family at this very sad time.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
